SAMPHIRE is a restaurant with rooms in the wilds of Cornwall (Cornish coast). Awarded with a Michelin star for his innovative use of local ingredients and exquisite presentation, Stefano Gubblei is the chef behind the Samphire who aims to become a destination restaurant in the truest sense of the word.
With natural wood and simple flowers, the restaurant is fully booked for double sittings (7pm and 9pm) throughout the summer season and single sittings during the months of November to March. Samphire is a true sense of gastronomic feeling and taste of Cornwall. Stefano is passionate about his business and he has a strong connection to the land so he want the brand feels authentic, natural but also exquisite and with high standards. The brand represents the Cornwall location and the authenticity of Stefano’s amazing food and recognition.
